So, Monday’s are when I summarize my exercise from the last week and make a plan for this week.
What a joke. Lol.
Functioning on minimal, broken sleep..going back to work… Not a good recipe for exercise.
So, I did not meet my goals and I am going to make this weeks more manageable. I would like to walk two times for 20 minutes.
That’s my goal.
It’s not much. But, it is something. 😉
It is 7:57 and I am going to bed momentarily. Zzzzzzzz….
