Early to bed 

I am writing this from my bed. I skipped my couch and tea today. I am tired. I need to get up earlier than I do, because I am always late to school. I ate dinner at 430 and I am super hungry. I got a protein bar and came to bed so I don’t eat all evening. Recently when I updated my weight on myfitnesspal and then I looked at my goals it updated my calories and lowered them by 90 calories. I just am not ready for that. So, I changed it tonight so that my goal is to lose 1 lb a week instead of 1.5 and it bumped me back up. If I don’t lose over the next few weeks I will change it back. 

This evening was the sacrament of Confirmation for my 7th and 8th graders and I was a sponsor of one of my bestie’s daughters. It was a beautiful service and the kids did such a great job. I found out that some of my non Catholic kids came to watch their friends, and I just love that! I love my 8th graders and I am going to miss them so much. 

I have to say, it was nice to get ready for another event and fit into a shirt I haven’t worn in years, and pants that I’ve never fit into before. (Yes, sometimes I buy clothes that are too small. SMH.)

Well, I am off to log my food for tomorrow.
