4.2 lbs. gone. 

Woohoo! I had my first week’s weigh in at my support group at the gym and I am down 4.6 lbs and I am pretty happy about it. Also, this is the first time in a very long time I embarked on a weight loss effort and didn’t plan a binge for the evening after a weigh in. I am making my tea and having 7 of my chocolate covered almonds from Trader Joe’s and still am in my calories for the day. I am not counting my exercise of Fitbit calories in MyFitnessPal this time around. I have the calories so they show but they don’t add to my daily count. That really screws me up. 

I was really proud of myself today as I meal prepped for the week!  

Sweet potatoes.

Sweet potato and goat cheese quiche. 

Unrolled cabbage rolls. 

And Craig and I did a meal plan for the week and he went to to grocery store. 

Also, I took care of some financial stuff today that I’ve been putting off for months. 

Well, off to drink my tea! Have a good night everybody.
