Successful Meal Prep

Today I meal prepped! 

I made snack balls with dates, peanut butter, oats,  chia seeds and chocolate Shakeology. 

I baked sweet potatoes for breakfast. 

I made burrito bowls from a recipe on Tasty. 

Craig grilled some pork tenderloin for dinner and we have one leftover. Tomorrow we are having grilled “Chicago” chicken. It’s just chicken breasts marinated in jalapeño, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. I am serving it with non compliant corn bread! 
Have a good Monday!! I have weigh in. I have had a really good week but the scale isn’t budging. 😣
