This week

I’m not having a great week as far as energy, exercise, and food intake in the evenings. I’m just rolling with it and giving myself a break and hoping to be rejuvenated for next week. I can only do what I can do. Sleep has been the biggest priority.  I’ve been so tired. And I know it’s gonna be worse after we change our clocks this weekend but I am hoping I can at least get my butt up in the morning for body pump. 

But on Monday when I *did* go to the gym I took a gym selfie. 

My shirt says it all. 

“Give up on giving up.”
