Ugh.
I did so great all day. I went to the gym after school and did my aerobics AND strength training class because I didn’t get my butt out of bed this morning, then I proceeded to come home eat dinner, and then a million other things including Halloween candy. Lots of it. 😔😭
I’m trying to follow the advice I learned from the podcast I listened to which is to acknowledge it happened, take responsibility, and move on.
So, I am moving on and hoping I do better tomorrow.
Fingers crossed. Tomorrow is my first monthly weigh in. I am going to weigh in during the morning and do my measurements in the evening. I am expecting the worst from the craziness this weekend and tonight. But tomorrow is a new day. No use beating myself up about it. Right?
Because I am not giving up. No chance.
