This week was rough with eating. I almost doubled my points most days. My two most difficult times are right after school and after dinner. I need to plan a satisfying snack for both of those times. I am working very hard right now at not having a snack tonight. And then I will try the same tomorrow.
I am struggling. But I have to keep the faith. I can do this and I will.
I did the 5:15 am class yesterday! I was super proud then I didn’t get my butt up today. But, I’m working on it. Gonna get up tomorrow and Friday. I am really disappointed in my weight gain this week. I hope to do better this week.
