Saturday Morning

Well, it’s Saturday morning and I am sick. 😞 I had a well check appointment with my doctor on Tuesday and I was just starting to feel badly. But she said if it got worse to let her know and she would get me a zpack. Thankfully I started it on Thursday night. I felt really awful all day yesterday and I slept on and off from 6:30 pm to 8 am. I am still feeling crappy and when I cough it feels like razor blades. But, hopefully I will get better by the end of the weekend. The *only* thing good about being sick is I can sit on the couch guilt free. I am currently catching up on about 6 weeks of DVR. 

Well we have good news in our family! Craig got a job in a different department that he has been wanting for a while. Currently he works random shifts, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 8-5, or 1-10. And he also has to work 2-3 weekends a month. Now, he is 8-5 Monday through Friday and NO WEEKENDS!  We are both so excited. This is such a game changer. His last weekend will be April 9-10. Then we go on vacation and he comes back and starts in his new department. 


Yayyyyy!

And on a selfish note, this makes me happy because there is a 6:30 pm body pump class on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can start going to that and then my Saturday morning classes at 10 and 11:15. Yayyyy! 

I’ve been doing well with my food except for one day this week but I recovered. I have wavered from the meal plan a little bit on some days but mostly I stick to it. And my calories have been fine. And I’ve been losing so, that’s good. I’m just taking it one day at a time. Some days it’s the hardest thing I do and some days it’s just second nature. So weird. 

Okay, I am off to watch This is Us. I am 4 weeks behind and just watched one of them and cried.  Like usual.
