-4.6 this week, -19.3 total

As you can see, I did great this week! I’m really happy with that number. I wasn’t perfect but I drank a lot of water, moved a whole bunch more and ate less. Interestingly enough, each time I have rough patches and start again it seems like I learn something new about myself and it helps me make adjustments. 

My cumulative weight loss isn’t as impressive to me, but I am working on it! I am so happy to be back at the gym. It feels so good, but at the same time I am so sore!!! And not the good muscle sore, but aching bones and joints.  But, I know that will get better after a while.

It’s Friday night and I am so excited to relax. Henry didn’t take a nap so he will go to bed at a reasonable time. We had service day at school which means my school from 6th-12th grade all did service of some type either at our school or in the community. Myself and two of my colleagues had a group of 24 kids and we mulched and cleaned up the grounds. It looked so nice when we were done. 

The white tent is up for our school’s annual fundraiser that is an auction with food and drinks. It’s sorta formal, so they have a tent at the entrance. My husband are going. We haven’t been out together- just the two of us- in ages. I’m looking forward to it. 
Okay… I’m off to rest my legs. I had 10,000 steps by 11 am.  That’s a record for me.
