Whole30 R2 D3

Well, Day 3 is in the books and it was just a so-so day. Henry was a terrible sleeper last night and so we were up from 4:15-500 then he was up at 555 for the day. I made him lay down and try to sleep for a while but he eventually got up at 6:30 and Craig took him downstairs and I slept until 10:30!!! I couldn’t believe it.

So, I had coffee and an RX bar for breakfast. Then for lunch i had leftovers from yesterday.

Dinner was a yummy coconut curry sauce with chicken, peppers, and broccoli over cauliflower rice, and I forgot to take a picture!!! Doh!!!

I plan on starting my workouts on Monday. I’m gonna get my home gym ready over the weekend. The flooring just came in today. I’m so lethargic/tired feeling. I can’t wait until my energy level picks up. That’s my fav part of eating this way. That and my clothes fit better every day.

Hope you’re all doing well! Tomorrow is my first day back to school after Cmas break and we have a 2 hour delay due to the frigid temps.
